  Rochelle and her team are absolutely amazing! You definitely don't get customer service like this, anymore! My husband and I recently needed to have his ring redone (for various reasons). Rochelle not only offered to do the service, but they actually grow the molds and cast the jewelry in house! Every other jewelry shop in the area had to send theirs out and charged extra for the service. She walked us through, step by step, and obtain our approvals on every move. Rochelle even gave out her personal number to make sure that I didn't have any concerns after we already talked! In addition, Ruby & Sons' staff was very friendly and showed us such wonderful customer service! I will most definitely be using them for all my jewelry needs from here on out!
