  Unhelpful and unwilling to correct their mistakes. Even with a two month lead and assurances by office staff that the project would be completed within timeline, they were late in completion. To make matters worse, they installed a product with wrong dimensions, despite having an email in which I explained the dimensions and that they acknowledged. Instead, they tried to blame my contractor and refused to address any of their errors - either through correcting the produce or reducing the price. Their word cannot be trusted, and they don't stand by their work. Avoid at all costs.

  When the owner an my father got into a misunderstanding an neither refused to back down. The owner proceeded to say fu*k you when we didn't say have a nice day back. Lol bad day I guess atleast the dogs were nice.
